Serenity Bay

Own your little paradise in Severn at Serenity Bay. Introducing new development of townhomes, single family homes, bungalows, and bungalow lofts by Liv Communities starting at $800,000.

Serenity Bay Homes gives you a one-of-its-kind lakeshore living experience. All 64 homes have easy access to the lake, which also has ample seating, a gazebo, and is safe for swimming. You are also just minutes away from many of Orillia and Lake Simcoe County’s beaches and provincial parks. The community has an old town charm with cobbled streets, heritage-themed lights, and lush greenery.

Located north of Orillia, you’ll enjoy stunning green spaces all around. Plus, with quick access to Highway 11, all of Orillia’s shops, heritage sites, dining, and everyday amenities are just a short drive away.

The city is also home to the renowned Mariposa Folk Festival, a historic event that has been celebrated for decades in North America. The city also buzzes with other lively festivals and fairs all year round. For more excitement, Casino Rama Resort is just a short 20-minute drive away, offering 24/7 entertainment, gourmet dining options, and live performances in a modern 5,000-seat theatre, drawing talent from around the globe.
