He got his real estate license in June 2009, the same time he graduated. Choosing to focus on real estate instead of pursuing an MBA, Kelechi started by helping tenants find rental homes. Over time, his tenant clients became buyers, and buyers became sellers. Kelechi values relationships over transactions, always prioritizing his clients’ interests.

Kelechi’s journey led him to pre-construction, where he now helps clients turn future homes into lasting investments.
